Each house has its own character and is individually designed to suit its specific location. No two homes are the same yet they all share a contemporary and environmentally responsible architectural theme.

Created from the inside out, they take their form from the internal experience of looking out across or into the landscape, capturing plentiful natural light while providing visual privacy.

Living areas are open planned with direct connection and expansive openings to diverse outdoor spaces. Views are framed by outdoor terraces, courtyards or picture windows. On all sides, they have a unique response to their setting... the rocky outcrops, the trees, the National Park and the Harbour.

As a group, the houses have a similar scale and a consistent use of simple natural materials. Each possesses a high level of transparency to appear as ethereal forms in the landscape, while together they enliven the Estate as a whole.
